Any quotes or text you submit ("User Content") remain your property. By submitting User Content, you grant InspireMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

InspireMe offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and include any applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Consumers resident in Switzerland or the EU may have additional statutory rights, including withdrawal rights, under applicable consumer protection laws.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
